Waitlist privacy

We collect your email address, the optional name and business you provide, and when you request and confirm launch emails. These details are used for headoffis early access and launch news.

Joining the waitlist does not create a business account, reserve a paid seat, or charge you. We do not sell your contact details or add you to an unrelated mailing list.

Only confirmed, subscribed contacts may receive launch emails. Email delivery is not connected yet, so submitting this form records your interest without sending a confirmation email.

Unconfirmed requests expire after 7 days. Confirmed signups expire 12 months after confirmation, or you can unsubscribe sooner. Expired records are excluded immediately and scheduled for automatic deletion, normally within 24 hours. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours.

Unsubscribing removes your email address, name and business from the active record immediately. We keep a limited record of the unsubscribe, including a hashed email identifier and consent dates, for up to 12 months to respect your choice. A new signup requires new confirmation.

Details are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the United States. Access is restricted to the headoffis server and authorized administrators; visitors cannot browse the mailing list.
