Using headoffis

You may use headoffis to plan shelves, maps, stock, and store tasks for your own business. headoffis is billed at US$29 per business per month, including five active people. Owners count toward those five. Each additional active person costs US$5 per month. Locations are included. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page.

Your content

You own what you enter into your workspace. headoffis stores it to provide the service. Business owners can download an export from Settings, including while the business is read-only. Exports include only conversations the exporting owner participates in. Self-service restore is not available. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.

Measurements and layouts

Layout checks use the dimensions you enter. They cover fit and overlap only, not load limits, fixture stability, accessible routes, safe installation, or local regulations. Check those separately before stocking a shelf. Sample products, brands, and measurements in the demo workspace are fictional.

Acceptable use

Don’t use headoffis to break the law, to store data you don’t have the right to use, or to interfere with the app or other people’s devices.

No warranty

headoffis is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Keep your own backups of data that matters to your business.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, headoffis is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as headoffis changes, for example if accounts or paid plans are introduced. The date above shows the latest version.
