Accessibility in headoffis

We want people with disabilities to be able to use our website, free tools, and business workspace.

Last updated October 18, 2026

QuokkaQuery develops headoffis. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our accessibility target.

Features that can help

  • Keyboard focus indicators, labeled form controls, and a skip-to-content link help you navigate without a mouse.
  • Planograms offer click-to-add and keyboard movement as alternatives to dragging. See the keyboard shortcuts guide.
  • Unavailable controls explain why on keyboard focus, hover, or touch. Saving actions also show a visible status.
  • Layouts adapt to smaller screens, and reduced-motion styles limit interface animation when your device requests it.

Testing and current limits

We run automated accessibility checks and test selected keyboard interactions in a Chromium-based desktop browser, including layouts at phone widths. These checks help us find issues, but do not establish full accessibility or cover every browser and assistive technology.

A complete manual keyboard and screen-reader review of the main workflows is still pending. In particular, the planogram, store-map, and workflow editors have not completed a full screen-reader assessment. We have not established WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance.

The interactive tools and workspace require JavaScript. Stripe-hosted payment pages are provided by Stripe and are outside our own interface testing.

Report a barrier

Email support@headoffis.com if a page or task is difficult to use. Tell us which page you were using, what you were trying to do, and your browser or assistive technology. If you need information in another format, include the format that would help.

We use reports to investigate barriers and prioritize fixes. This statement will be updated as testing and improvements continue. General help is available in the help center.
