Help center / Stock and sales
Open Labels, or choose Shelf labels in Products, to print names, prices and product codes. You need access to Products. Printing does not change stock or record a sale.
Choose the products
The catalog sheet starts with every product, sorted by name. Use Filter products to narrow it by name, SKU or category. A product's code preview also offers its own label.
For a shelf layout, open its store checklist and choose Shelf labels. This prints one label per placement, from the top shelf down and left to right. A product placed twice gets two labels, with shelf and facing information.
Planogram labels use the latest approved version when one exists, including the product names, prices and codes saved at approval. Later catalog edits do not change that snapshot. With no approved version, labels use the current draft. Check the version shown above the sheet before printing. See review and approval.
Set up the sheet
- Choose Label size: Shelf edge (2.5 by 1.25 inches), Small (2 by 1 inch), or Large (3.5 by 2 inches).
- Choose Code: Barcode, QR code, Barcode and QR code, or No code.
- For QR codes, choose QR code opens: Product stock in headoffis or SKU as plain text.
- Keep Show price checked to include the USD shelf price. Products without a price print a blank price; set one in Products if needed.
- Choose Print and check the printer's preview. Use actual size or 100% scale and check margins against your paper. Print a plain-paper test before using a label sheet.
The three sizes set label dimensions, not a particular manufacturer's sheet template. Printer margins and scaling can affect alignment. Settings apply to the open page; choose them again on a later visit.
What the codes contain
A product with a valid UPC, EAN or GTIN barcode uses that code. Otherwise, the label uses a Code 128 barcode containing the SKU. It does not assign a new retail barcode. Check a printed sample with the scanner you use at work.
A product-stock QR code contains a link to the headoffis address where you printed it. Opening it requires access to that workspace and Inventory. In the current local preview, that address works on the computer running the app; it is not a shared link for other devices. Choose SKU as plain text when you need the code to carry only the identifier.
When the sheet is empty
Clear the filter or add products in Products. A planogram needs placements before it can produce labels. Print is unavailable when the selection has no labels; hover, focus or tap the control to read its explanation.
