How it works
- Join on the Headoffis affiliate portal and get your referral link.
- Share your link in reviews, tutorials, newsletters, videos or communities where retailers ask how to get organized.
- Earn 20% of every payment a referred business makes, including renewals and added seats, for as long as it stays subscribed.
Tracking and payouts
- Referrals are tracked with a 30-day cookie. If a visitor clicks more than one partner's link, the most recent click gets the credit.
- A business counts as referred when it starts its subscription within those 30 days.
- Commission becomes payable once a payment is 30 days old, so refunds and disputes settle first. Refunded or charged-back payments earn no commission.
- Payouts are made through Affonso once your payable balance reaches US$50. Payout methods and timing are shown in the affiliate portal.

- One plan: US$29 a month for up to five people and 10 stores, plus US$5 per additional person and applicable sales tax. See pricing.
- Headoffis is currently available to businesses in the United States only.
Program rules
By joining the program, you agree to these rules and to the full Affiliate Program Terms.
- No self-referrals. You cannot earn commission on your own business or on any business you own or manage.
- No bidding on our brand. Do not run paid search ads on “Headoffis” or its misspellings, and do not run ads that look like official Headoffis ads.
- No spam. Do not send unsolicited email or messages, post fake reviews, or publish coupon or discount codes.
- Disclose your commission. Say clearly that you earn a commission from your link, as the US Federal Trade Commission requires.
- Accurate claims only. Describe only the features and pricing published on this site, and mention that Headoffis is available to US businesses only.
- Changes and termination. We may change or end the program with notice to partners. Commission you have already earned is still paid, unless it came from fraud or a breach of these rules.
