Total a week of hours with unpaid breaks, overnight shifts and overtime. Add an hourly rate for gross pay, then print a signed timesheet or download a CSV, without signing up.
HOURS IN, TOTALS OUTNo account needed
Edit the fictional sample. Leave both times empty for a day off; an end time earlier than the start means the shift ended after midnight. Your timesheet stays in this tab if you refresh; save a file to keep it. Nothing is uploaded.

Add up a week of hours without a calculator. This free timesheet calculator takes the start and end time and unpaid break for each day, totals the week in hours and minutes, and splits out overtime. Add an hourly rate for gross pay, then print a timesheet to sign or download a CSV for payroll.
Fill in a timesheet
Enter the person's name and the week, starting on a Monday or a Sunday.
For each day worked, enter the start and end time and the unpaid break in minutes. Leave both times empty for a day off.
Add an hourly rate if you want gross pay, and the hours per week after which overtime starts.
Check the daily hours beside each day and the totals in the preview.
Print the timesheet for signatures, download the CSV, or save the file to reopen later.
An end time earlier than the start means the shift finished after midnight, so 22:00 to 06:00 counts as eight hours. A break must be shorter than the time worked.

The sample week for Sam has five working days with a 30-minute unpaid break each day:

The week totals 40 hours 30 minutes. With overtime after 40 hours, 30 minutes is overtime. At $17 an hour and 1.5 times for overtime, gross pay is 40 × $17 = $680 plus 0.5 × $17 × 1.5 = $12.75, a total of $692.75 before deductions.
Overtime rules
This calculator applies one weekly threshold and one overtime rate. Real rules differ: some places and contracts count daily hours, pay more on Sundays or holidays, or exclude some staff. In the United States, the federal rules on overtime pay are in 29 CFR Part 778, and many states add their own. In the UK, GOV.UK explains overtime rights. Check the rule that covers your staff before you pay from these totals.
Can I use the timesheet calculator without an account?
Yes. It opens with an editable sample and works without a login or email address. Nothing you type is uploaded.
Does it calculate take-home pay?
No. It shows gross pay before tax and other deductions, which depend on where you are and the person's circumstances.
Can I keep a timesheet for each week?
Save each week as a file and open it on this page later. The draft is held only in this browser tab: it survives a refresh, and closing the tab clears it.
