Turn your own notes on a product into a listing title, short and full descriptions and bullet points, with a check for claims that need proof. Copy, print or download a CSV, without signing up.
YOUR WORDS, FOUR WAYSNo account needed
Describe one product in your own words. The page arranges them into a listing title, a short description, a full description and bullet points to copy, print or download as CSV. Nothing is uploaded, and no text is written by AI.

One fact per row: what it is made of, how it works, what comes in the box. Put the most important first.

Describe a product once and get the copy in four shapes. This free product description generator takes your own notes, the product name and size, one opening sentence, a list of features and a few details, and arranges them into a listing title, a short description, a full description and bullet points. Copy them into your online store, print them for a shelf talker, or download a CSV.
Write a product description
Enter the product name and its size, quantity or variant, such as 12 oz bag, whole bean.
Write one opening sentence about why someone would want it, in the words a customer would use. It becomes the short description.
Add features, one fact per row, with the most important first.
Add what it is made from, how to use or care for it, and who it is for, if they help a shopper decide.
Read the claims check, then copy, print or download the result.
The page counts characters against two common limits: about 60 for a listing title and 160 for a short description, the lengths search results and shelf talkers usually show. Going over is a note, not an error. The generator rearranges what you type; it does not use AI or add words of its own, so every claim is one you chose.
How to write a product description that sells
Lead with the reason to buy. "A smooth, medium roast for every morning" tells a shopper more than "Premium coffee".
Turn features into facts. Give the material, size, origin or what is in the box. Shoppers compare facts.
Use the customer's words. Write "dog chew for heavy chewers", not your supplier's product code.
Keep it scannable. Three to five bullets are easier to read on a phone than a long paragraph.
Make claims you can prove. The claims check flags rankings such as "best-selling", guarantees, health claims, "organic", environmental claims and "Made in USA". In the United States, "organic" on food and farm products has a USDA labeling standard, and the FTC's Green Guides set out how to make environmental marketing claims. The check is a prompt, not legal advice.
Copy, print or download
Copy each version from the preview, print the page, or save it as a PDF from the print dialog. The CSV has one row with the title, category, short description, full description and features, ready to paste into a spreadsheet or map in your store's product import. Save a draft file to come back to the product later, or start a blank one for the next product; it keeps your business name and category.
Can I write product descriptions without an account?
Yes. The generator works without a login or email address, and nothing you type is uploaded.
How long should a product description be?
A short description of one or two sentences, up to about 160 characters, works for search results and shelf talkers. A full description of 50 to 150 words with three to five bullets suits most product pages.
Can I describe several products at once?
Describe one product at a time. Download the CSV for each, then combine the rows in a spreadsheet before you import them into your store.
