Keep the next step beside the person it belongs to. This tool brings contact details, a five-stage pipeline and follow-up dates into one list, so you can see who to call next without setting up an account. Try the fictional contacts, start with an empty list, or reopen a CRM file you downloaded earlier.
It suits a shop owner or a small team that has outgrown sticky notes but does not need a full sales system. Your list stays in this page's memory and resets when you refresh or leave, so download a CRM file before you go.
The list is ordered by follow-up date, with undated contacts last, so the most urgent conversations sit at the top.
Each contact sits in one of five stages. Moving someone forward is a matter of changing the stage field and applying the change.
| Stage | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| Lead | Someone who might buy, before you have spoken |
| Contacted | You have reached out or had a first conversation |
| Qualified | They have a real need and you are discussing an offer |
| Customer | They have bought, and you may still follow up |
| Closed | The conversation has ended, for now or for good |
Buttons above the list show how many contacts sit in each stage, which makes lead tracking a quick glance rather than a count. Closed contacts drop out of the due follow-up filter, while customers stay in it so you can check in after an order.
Record what you need to have a useful next conversation: how to reach the person, where things stand and what you agreed to do. Good contact management depends more on a clear next step than on a long note.
If you keep details about people, data protection rules may apply. As general information, the UK's data protection principles say personal information should be used fairly, lawfully and transparently, kept accurate and up to date, and kept for no longer than necessary (GOV.UK: data protection). The ICO publishes advice for small organisations. Rules vary by country, so check what applies to you.
A customer relationship management tool keeps your contacts, conversations and next steps in one place. Larger systems add email, automation and reporting. This one keeps the core: a list of people, their stage and the date of the next follow-up.
You need no account, and nothing is saved for you. Download a CRM file to keep up to 100 contacts, then open it here to continue. Files up to 1 MB are read on your device without uploading, and you review the contact count before the file replaces your current list.
Give each contact a next step and a follow-up date. The review date starts with your device's local date; choose Due by review date to see every follow-up on or before it. Overdue contacts are marked on the list. Dates do not send notifications, so make reviewing the list part of your routine.
A spreadsheet holds any columns you like and imports from other tools. This list gives you fixed fields, stage counts and a due filter with no setup. It opens only JSON files downloaded from this tool; spreadsheets and other CRM exports are not supported.
It works for one person or a small team sharing a downloaded file. Owner labels are plain text: the tool does not create accounts, assign work, send messages or sync with a business workspace. Each person who opens a file works on a separate copy.
Yes, for relationships a shop manages by hand: wholesale buyers, local businesses, event partners or customers awaiting a special order. If you plan the work behind each follow-up, the taskboard can hold it, and the invoice tool can bill an order.
