How to create a quote
Enter the title, quote number and issue date.
Add an optional valid-until date on or after the issue date.
Choose Classic or Minimal and select the currency label.
Add your business details, customer details and an optional delivery or service address.
Enter up to 25 descriptions, quantities and unit prices.
Review the discount, tax, terms and notes, then download or print the proposal.
The reference field can identify a project, request or conversation. Numbering is manual: the tool does not reserve quote numbers or check for duplicates in other files. Currency changes labels only and does not perform exchange-rate conversion.
Explain what the price covers
Use descriptions to make the scope readable. List the products or work included, then use terms for assumptions and conditions relevant to your proposal. Notes can hold a short closing message or practical delivery information.
The valid-until date records the date you enter. It does not send reminders, expire a link or change a saved customer record. Review your chosen title and wording before sharing the document; the tool does not determine the legal effect of your proposal.
Review totals before sending
Line totals multiply quantity by price and round to two decimals. The discount applies to the subtotal, followed by one tax percentage on the discounted amount. The sample gift sets total 260.00 before any discount or tax. A 10% discount followed by 5% tax gives a total of 245.70.

Can I make an estimate instead?
You can change the document title and terms. The layout and arithmetic stay the same; choose wording appropriate to what you are offering and review it before sharing.
Can I edit a downloaded quote?
The editable JSON file can be reopened on this page. The tool asks before replacing your current draft. A PDF is the printable version; it is not the editable file format.
What happens when I close the page?
