What gets in the way

Many variants of one product

Shades, sizes and formulas sit side by side, and a single swap confuses customers.

Small packages, tight bays

Small items mean many facings per shelf and little room for error.

Stock split across bays and drawers

The same product often sits on the shelf and in a drawer or backroom.

How headoffis helps

Exact positions

Set each placement's shelf and position to the half inch, with keyboard and click controls.

Checklists in shelf order

The checklist follows the shelf left to right, so shades go up in the planned order.

Named stock locations

Add drawers and bins as locations, count each one, and transfer stock to the bay.

Roles for staff

Let staff complete checklists while only managers approve layouts.

Example: Adding a new shade range

  1. Add each shade as a product with its measured size.
  2. Place them in shade order on the bay's planogram.
  3. A manager approves the layout.
  4. Staff set the bay from the checklist and receive the stock into the bay's location.
