What gets in the way

Bottle shape changes the fit

A tall bottle or wide gift box can break an arrangement based on product names alone. Each selling package needs its own usable dimensions.

Reserve stock is easy to overlook

Shelf gaps and storage stock need separate attention. A transfer may solve the immediate gap without adding another delivery.

Seasonal displays change quickly

New gift packs and temporary ranges need a reviewed layout and accurate tags rather than an informal instruction to make space.

How headoffis helps

Plan from the outer package

Record width, height and depth for each product. Use the package's bounding dimensions and check the physical result for round or irregular shapes.

Count each location in product units

Record stock at the shelf and in storage, then save transfers as units move. Keep each distinct bottle size or pack as an explicit product record.

Install the reviewed arrangement

Approve the intended release and use its placement checklist during the reset. Check labels against the product and selling unit as each section is completed.

Keep supplier contacts accessible

Store supplier contact people and operational notes in the business directory. A contact record supports follow-up but does not place an order.

Example: Example: adding a boxed seasonal range

  1. Create separate records for boxed packs and individual bottles, using their actual outer dimensions.
  2. Measure the available shelf and draft an arrangement that clears the layout checks.
  3. Review and approve it, then assign installation and tag checks.
  4. Count remaining storage units after the move so replenishment decisions use the new position.

Good to know

  • Age verification, licensing, excise and alcohol-compliance workflows are not provided.
  • The app does not perform automatic case-to-bottle conversions, volume pricing or live checkout synchronization.
  • Shelf layouts do not assess load-bearing capacity or bottle stability. Check the physical fixture separately; the workspace is coming soon.
